I am a mother of 5 and I am working as a Personal trainer (prenatal and postnatal). I am always teaching “my” moms to be aware of their abs. It`s hard to get the shape and the function back after the pregnancy. So now it was the time for me to proof it!

My twin girls were born in November 2009 ( in week 38) and I started to use the Belly bandit (in bamboo) just the day after the delivery (it was natural birth) and I used it for 7 weeks, both day and night. In the beginning I was doing Pilates breathing exercises each time I breastfeed so I could start feeling my deep abs muscles. It was important for me “to get in touch” with my abs as soon as possible so I wouldn`t hurt my low back by all lifting I did and still doing. I needed to find all support I could and the BB made it possible.

Two weeks later I started my abs training with static exercises like different types of planks (with the wrap on of course), no sit ups or crunches. Today I am able to squeeze my abs without any support. I can only compare with my other pregnancies and I am in much better shape now then after my other three kids. I believe that it`s very important to start with BB as soon as possible after the delivery for the best results.

I used the Belly Bandit after my second c-section. And I love this product. I am writing to inform you that I bought your product looking for a back brace that would be an alternative to the standard medical one that must be worn over clothes and has stiff ""stays"" built into them. You product has superseded all expectations and drastically changed my life. Not only does it have the convenience of being able to wear under clothes but for my particular back problem (L-5/S-1) it performs 10X better then the extremely expensive medical back brace I was issued. You have the potential to due business beyond your dreams if you would issue these as a back support (I think men would hesitatte to purchase anything meant for post-maternity!). Your product is the best thing ever!I recently had a laparoscopic hysterectomy. My doctor suggested I use the Belly Bandit while I was recovering from my surgery and I am so glad I did. I put the Belly Bandit on in the recovery room. The bamboo fabric was so soft next to my skin I was able to wear it day and night. My tummy felt so much better, like it was being protected. My recovery would have been much more uncomfortable if I didn't wear the Belly Bandit.

I have worn the Belly Bandit now for 5 weeks, since right after the birth of my second child. I must say that it is one of the most worthwhile investments you can make as a mom. It has tremendously helped to bring back my waistline to what it was pre-pregnancy: I was wearing my normal clothes two weeks after giving birth! This took several months with my first baby. It was an amazing feeling to look and feel 'normal' and not pregnant so quickly after giving birth.

In addition to shrinking the tummy on the outside, the Belly Bandit also helps the uterus, and other organs to get back to their original size and location, including your stomach muscles that might be split apart (diastasis). And if that's not enough, there are few more benefits: the Belly Bandit provides a vast amount of back/belly support so you are not so strained when carrying the baby in the front carrier. The Bandit is surprisingly comfortable. I never thought I could sleep in it as I don't even like tight pajamas, but it hasn't been bothersome at all - as a matter of fact in the early weeks I felt naked without it as my entire mid-section seemed too 'floppy'. As everything in life, the Belly Bandit is not perfect: firstly, if you're like me, and tend to be in between sizes, you might actually need two Bandits which gets costly. For whatever reason, the smaller Bandit did bunch a little in the middle as I got smaller, and it started to show under some clothes. However, these are small down-sides compared to the benefits: getting your body back in a really short time!

I had to write to tell you how happy I am with the bossom bandit and belly bandit. First off, the bossom bandit was so comfortable and really did trick with comfort (as comfortable as it can be to dry up your milk). It was a huge difference using this product as opposed to a sports bra. I was actually at a store here in Chicago (Be By Baby) who carries your belly bandit and I told them how great this new product was and that they should be on the look out for it.

In terms of the belly bandit - WOW! I am currently 2 1/2 weeks post delivery and my stomach looks like it did at 3 months post partum with Mason. My mom was shocked how quickly I was coming down. I just wanted to say thank you for the excellent customer service and the EXCELLENT product. I had ordered a bamboo belly bandit but was sent the wrong color. Your customer service rep sent out the correct one immediately because I needed it for my upcoming c-section and sent a pre-paid shipping label so that I could return the other. Well, I just have to say that I didn’t get a chance to use it in the hospital. I didn’t really read the directions very well so I didn’t think that the size Medium fit because I didn’t try it while I was lying down. When I was standing up, it wouldn’t wrap around my tummy. I’ve been home for two days now and decided to give it another try because I’ve been in excruciating pain! I laid back on the bed and my mom helped me to stretch it around my tummy…we actually got it to attach all the way.

Low and behold, I can stand up straight now without any pain! I’m actually walking around the house and doing some mild cleaning! Thank you, thank you, thank you! I can’t tell you how happy I am! I had been walking around the house, hunched over and practically in tears with every step. Now the pain is minimal! This is an excellent product and I want you to know that I will be recommending it to all of my preggo friends! Especially all of us c-section moms! Thanks again!

I have shrunk out of my belly bandit only a week and a half after having my beautiful baby girl! Proves it must work, in fact I reckon by day 3 it was looking like my old tummy but maybe even a bit flatter and better! So now it looks like I need to move down to the XS, do you have one in the bamboo fabric available to be sent straight away? Also this time can you send it in an Australia Post Express bag (about $13) as the last one was in the normal post bag and took about 10 days to get here and I don't want to ruin my hard work!

Well I ended up needing two sizes of belly bandit after all. After I delivered there is no way the L would go around my tummy. The XL just barely fit, but it was too big within a week. I'm two weeks post partum and now have the L size closed all the way and in a couple days I think it will be too big. I have to tell you that your sweet little invention really sped up my recovery. I had a C section and the first time I walked down the hall without the bandit I thought my insides were going to fall out. I couldn't walk very well because of the burning (in spite of lots of pain medication). After I put on the bandit I felt so much better and was able to walk without wanting to double over! I am going to tell all my pregnant friends that they must get a Belly Bandit!

I first heard about the belly bandit in the back of a magazine while I was waiting for my OB Dr. After reading the ad it sparked my interest to go to the website and check it out. I did and decided to take a chance on this product. I waited and waited to be around 8 to 81/2 months pregnant to order my belly bandit. I measured and then ordered it. I packed it in my overnight bag to the hospital. The day I gave birth I asked my doctor if I could were a binder, and he said yes. The moment he left I pulled out my belly bandit and tried to put it on! Unfortunately it was too small! About an hour later a nurse came in with a hospital binder (which was not like the belly bandit at all!

It was soft and flimsy) I wore the Belly Bandit for about a week an 1/2. I wore them all day and all night. I started to notice a huge difference. Even though I just gave birth I didn't look seven or eight months pregnant. I was so excited. Once I out grew the first belly bandit I ordered a smaller one. This helped my stomach to go down flat. I cannot beleive how much this worked. I am so happy that I purchased this product. After 4 kids, my stomach never looked so good right after giving birth. I just wanted to write an email and say how much I love the Belly Bandit products!! Before I had gotten pregnant, I was a size 2-4 and I knew that after having a baby, I would have a hard time getting back into my clothes. I seen this product called the Belly Bandit and had to give it a try. After I had my c-section, I started off wearing a Medium sized Belly Bandit. I needed my husband’s help to wrap it on me and it barely fit; I literally still looked 8 months pregnant. I was so upset; I thought I’d never get back to my old figure. By the end of the first week, he was able to wrap it around with inches to spare. I went ahead and ordered a Small, and yet again, he could barely wrap it around me. By the third week, I had to order an X-Small because the Small was too big! Now I’m six weeks post partum and I’m waiting on the arrival of my Mother Tucker. I can’t wait to try it out.

I can honestly say that I feel confident stepping out into the real world feeling like my old self again. I gained 60 pounds during my pregnancy and I’ve already lost 35 (and that’s without working out since I’ve been on restriction due to my c-section). Every one tells me I look great and as much as I would love to keep my “weight loss” a secret, I can’t help but brag about the wonders that Belly Bandit has done. This product is so comfortable that I was able to wear it under clothes, sleep with it on and only took it off only when to shower. I would highly recommend this product to others!
